We reply within a few hours with a quote, yarn suggestions and a delivery date. No payment until you confirm.

How custom orders work

  1. Quote. We confirm price, colours and date on chat.
  2. 50% advance. UPI / bank / PayPal. We start crocheting.
  3. Progress photos. Yarn swatches first, then updates as we go.
  4. Balance & dispatch. Final photos, balance payment, tracked shipping.
