Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Every order is wrapped in tissue, boxed and shipped with a tracking number that we share on WhatsApp or email.
• Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date, not the order date. Making time is shown on each product page.
• We ship from Ahmedabad via Shiprocket partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC) within India, and via India Post or DHL internationally.
• Please give a complete address with a phone number. Re-delivery due to an incomplete address is charged at cost.
• Need it by a date? Tell us when ordering; express shipping is available at extra cost.

International orders

• Import duties, VAT or customs fees charged by your country are paid by you on delivery. We cannot predict these amounts.
• If a parcel is returned to us because duties were not paid, we refund the item cost minus shipping both ways.
• Some countries restrict yarn or stuffed toys; we'll tell you before shipping if your destination is affected.

Damaged, lost or incorrect items

• Check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or not what we agreed, send photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will remake the piece or refund it, your choice where possible. Return shipping for our mistakes is on us.
• If tracking shows a parcel lost in transit for more than 15 days (India) or 30 days (international), we remake or refund it.

Returns for change of mind

Because every piece is made to order, often with your name or chosen colours, we can't accept returns for change of mind. Please ask us anything before confirming; we're happy to send swatches and extra photos.

Class kits

Starter kits ship within India 5-7 days before your first session. If your kit hasn't arrived two days before class, message us and we'll arrange a replacement or share a shopping list so you don't miss the session.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. International refunds may take longer depending on PayPal or Wise.
