Yes. Embroidered names on blankets, toys and bags, and a free handwritten note card with every gift.

Yes. Weddings, baby showers, Diwali gifting and events. Minimum 10 pieces for a bulk discount; custom tags and packaging available.

The listed price is for the base design and size. Extra stems, bigger sizes, premium yarn or personalisation are quoted on chat before you pay.

UPI, bank transfer or a card payment link for India. PayPal or Wise for international orders.

Custom orders need a 50% advance to start. The balance is due when we share the finished photos, before dispatch.

Yes, worldwide with tracking. International delivery usually takes 7-15 days; customs duties, if any, are paid by the receiver.

Made-to-order pieces can't be returned for change of mind, since they're made specifically for you. Damaged or incorrect items are always fixed.

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, squeeze gently (don't wring), reshape and dry flat. Never tumble dry.

Dust with a soft brush or a cool hair dryer. Keep away from water and direct sunlight to protect the colours.

Yes. We use OEKO-TEX cotton-blend baby yarn and safety-locked eyes on toys. Toys are for ages 3+ unless made with embroidered eyes on request.

Yes. The Taster and Beginner Course start from zero. We ship a starter kit and you'll finish a real project in the course.
