Getting Started

How do I set up my Pharamos account?

After signup, log in and navigate to Settings > Company Profile to configure your store details. Then add location parameters (country, state, city) and configure your inventory parameters. Our onboarding team will guide you through this process.

What is the minimum requirement to use Pharamos?

Pharamos is browser-based and works on any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). No software installation is required. A stable internet connection is recommended for optimal performance.

How long does setup take?

Basic setup typically takes 1–2 hours. Full configuration including product mappings, location configurations, and supplier credentials may take 1–2 days. Our support team provides guided onboarding for all new accounts.

Product Mapping & Pricing

How do I map a wholesaler's product list?

Navigate to Purchase > Product Mapping. Upload the wholesaler's excel product list, and our AI matching engine will match items to your base catalog with high precision.

Can I connect multiple distributors?

Yes. Pharamos allows you to connect multiple wholesale suppliers via live APIs or CSV uploads to compare inventory and pricing simultaneously.

How does barcode check-out work?

Our POS module integrates with standard barcode scanners. During check-out, simply scan the drug pack barcode to retrieve prices, check expiry, and add items to a GST-compliant invoice instantly.

Data Storage & Backup

Is my drug store data secure?

Yes, Pharamos uses bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. All transactions are logged, and backups are stored securely on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure in India.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export all your data in CSV/Excel format before cancellation. After account termination, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted per our data retention policy.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. We perform automated daily backups with 30-day retention. Data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure with geographic redundancy.

Billing & Subscriptions

What subscription plans are available?

We offer flexible plans based on store size and features required. Contact our sales team at info@pharamos.com for a customized quote based on your number of branches and required modules.

Can I change my plan mid-subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer a free trial?
